We are processing enrollments for ALL GRADES for the CURRENT 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR, and ALL GRADES for the upcoming 25-26 school year.

If you have found your way to this page, you have decided to enroll your child in Northville Public Schools. We are so happy your student will be joining our school community and we can't wait to meet you!
What is Pre-Enrollment?
The online pre-enrollment process is the next step in your family’s journey with Northville Public Schools. You will be asked to set up a secure account on our student data system where you will enter basic student and household information and will upload the documents necessary to enroll your student. Before you begin, we ask that you please read through the following information.
What Documents are Required?
Before you begin the process, please gather and electronically save the required documents. Following is a summary of what is required:
- Student's Birth Certificate (if not in English, please also provide a copy of the student's passport)
- Parent/Guardian Picture Identification (driver's license or passport)
- Proof of Residency (3 documents required in total - see details below)
- Mortgage Statement (please do not submit mortgage assessment or interest statements)
- Property Tax Statement OR
- Residential Property Transfer Affidavit or notarized/recorded warranty deed
- Lease Document (apartment or home rental agreement must include start and end date of lease, must list all tenants and occupants’ names, and be signed by all parties including landlord and tenant)
ONE must be a PDF copy of a Utility bill - DTE or Consumers. with service address shown ( excluding water bills or start of service statements) Please only submit a PDF Copy of your billing statement

I have the Documents Gathered, What's Next?
Once you have all the required information, it's time to begin the pre-enrollment process by setting up a secure account by selecting one of the buttons in the Login box below. Note that you may need to scroll down to see it.
Select Start a New Pre-Enrollment when starting your first enrollment. You will be required to create an account using an email address and creating a password.
Select Continue a Pre-Enrollment in Progress to return to a started enrollment or to add another student. When selecting this option you MUST update ALL documents, including residency.
Once you have signed into your new account, simply complete the steps in the system and upload your documents. Make note of your login credentials in case you want to return to the site to add more information later. Once your student's record is complete, be sure to click on the "Submit" button. your pre-enrollment submission will be sent directly to our Office of Student Data for processing. Please note your enrollment will be processed in the order in which they are received. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Northville Schools.
The Required Fields are highlighted in yellow. You will not be allowed to submit any changes in a selected section (Household, Students, Primary Contacts, Emergency Contacts, Final Steps) until all required fields are filled in.
