Online Pre-Enrollment
ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR ALLEN PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT RESIDENTS ONLY.
(2) Proofs of Residency: A Parent/Guardian must enroll the child online.
Please provide ONE of the following:
- Current Mortgage/Property Tax Statement
- Property Transfer Affidavit/Deed
- Current Lease (must contain all pages dated with signatures of landlord and tentant) Parent/Guardian MUST BE LISTED IN THE AGREEMENT
- Residency Affidavit* (please see below for more details)

- Current Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Insurance Statement
- State Aid Documentation
**All must include name, address and date of issue within past 60 days)**

*If you reside with a friend or relative – a current photo I.D. and the following:

If the property is a rental, you MUST be added to the lease and a copy supplied for enrollment.

Residency Affidavit w/ homeowners driver’s license.
- **RESIDENCY AFFIDAVITS MUST BE RENEWED EVERY YEAR**

The relative or Family Friend must provide proof of residency. (see guidelines for renting or owner above).

The parent must also provide documents to prove residency. Those items include:

Automobile Insurance Statement

Michigan Dept. of Health/Human Services

W2 Form

Court Documents

Online Registration Instructions:
Please read the instructions provided throughout the enrollment process for your child. Online registration requires a valid email address.
**Select Start a New Pre-Enrollment when starting your first pre-enrollment. You will be required to create a pre-enrollment account using an email address and creating a password.
OR
**Select Continue a Pre-Enrollment in Progress to return to a started pre-enrollment.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS IN EACH SECTION
Once your enrollment has been processed this account will no longer exist. Please email questions and additional documentation to parentconnecthelp@appublicschools.com.
(If your pre enrollment account does not pull up, please start a new one. Pre enrollments are deleted if you are not a resident and have not been offered a school of choice spot. The pre enrollment will also be deleted if it is not completed within 2 weeks.)
