Current Student?
- If your student is already enrolled in the district and returning next school year, do not complete the New Student Enrollment.
- Back-to-School Check-In is now available in your ParentConnect.
New Student Enrollment
To enroll your student and place them in a class or receive a schedule, you must:
✅ Complete the entire online enrollment
✅ Upload (or bring) all required documents
A list of required documents is provided during online enrollment and is also included on the right so you can gather everything before you begin.
If you are unable to upload documents, bring them to the Board Office or your student's future school.
Start a New Pre-Enrollment
- First-time users- Create an account with your email address and password
Continue a Pre-Enrollment
- Finish an enrollment already started OR Add another student
Your pre-enrollment remains active for 30 days. If it is not completed within 30 days, you will need to start over.
GSRP Preschool Enrollment
Stottlemyer GSRP Preschool enrollment is by appointment only.
- Program approval is required before completing the online pre-enrollment.
- If you are currently at your GSRP appointment, you may continue.
- If you are attempting to self-enroll, call 734-419-2630 to schedule an appointment.

Required Documents
Gather these documents before you begin. Providing accurate documentation is required by the State of Michigan. Submitting false documentation violates state and local regulations.
- Child's Birth Certificate (For Kindergarten- Student must be 5 years old by 12/1/2026)
- Driver's license/Proof of ID
- Proof of Residency- Mortgage statement/Property tax statement OR Lease agreement, Residency Affidavit (if living with someone else)
- Two Current Pieces of Business Mail (opened mail within the past 30 days)

Additional Documents (If Applicable)
Please upload or bring the following, if they apply to your student to ensure proper placement for your student:

- IEP (Individualized Education Program) OR 504 Plan
- Incoming Grades 6–9: Most recent report card; Incoming Grades 10–12: Current transcript
- Current Immunization Record (Immunizations must be up to date before school begins)
- Completed Health Appraisal Form (Required for: Kindergarten, 7th grade, 9th grade, ANY new student).
Forms are available at any school or at the Board Office.
