This Pre-Enrollment Application must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
All required documents MUST be attached in order for the application to be valid.
You will need the following documents to upload in the pre-enrollment process:
- Birth Certificate
- Picture I.D. for Parent/Guardian (required for proof of parentage)
- Report Card (grades 7-8) or Transcript (grades 9-12)
- Immunization Record
- I.E.P., M.E.T. & R.E.E.D. Reports for Special Education (If Applicable)
Completing the Pre-Enrollment process gathers basic student information; Online PreEnrollment does NOT enroll your student! Once all student information is collected, you will be required to visit the Henry ford Academy on registration day to complete this process by providing appropriate documentation.
Select Start a New Pre-Enrollment when starting your first enrollment.
You will be required to create an account using an email addresss and creating a password.
Please save your password - you will need it in the future.

YOUR PRE-ENROLLMENT RECORD WILL STAY ACTIVE IN OUR SYSTEM FOR ONLY 30 DAYS. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS, YOU WILL NEED TO START OVER.
