Harper Woods School District Pre-Enrollment
Welcome to Harper Woods School District! Thank you for beginning the registration process with us. We look forward to working with you and your family. Prior to beginning the enrollment packet, the parent/guardian MUST submit the following:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Parent name must be on the birth certificate
- IMMUNIZATION RECORDS: Children must follow state vaccine laws to attend school. Up-to-date records are required
- Students entering Kindergarten must also have vision/hearing screening
- REPORT CARD FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL
- HIGH SCHOOL ONLY ~ MUST HAVE TRANSCRIPT FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL
- PREVIOUS TWO YEARS OF BEHAVIOR REPORT
- SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS ~ MUST PROVIDE MOST CURRENT IEP

RESIDENTS:
Prior to finalization of enrollment, in addition to the information stated above, you must also provide the following for proof of residency:
- If you own the home, a mortgage or tax statement with parent name and address
- If you rent, a signed copy of the lease with parent name and address
- Address on license MUST match that of the home address
- Utility bill with parent name/address (one of the following):
- Gas Bill
- Electric Bill
- Telephone Bill
- Cable Bill
- Select Start a New Pre-Enrollment when starting your first enrollment. You will be required to create an account using an email addresss and creating a password.
- Select Continue a Pre-Enrollment in Progress to return to an enrollment that you started previously, or to add another student.
