Pre-Enrollment for All Students

Welcome to the pre-enrollment process for South Redford! To enroll your student, please follow the steps below.

Required Documents

Before completing the pre-enrollment form, make sure you have the following documents ready to upload:

✔️ Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, mortgage)
✔️ Student’s Birth Certificate
✔️ Parent/Guardian Photo ID
✔️ Updated Immunization Records
✔️ Any relevant custody or guardianship documents (if applicable)

✔️ Behavior Report from previous school
✔️ Most recent Transcript (grades 9-12)

Important Information for School of Choice Students

🔹 If your student is enrolling through School of Choice (K-5) or one of our 6-12 programs (Eagle Scholar, EDGE, SOAR), please complete the appropriate application first.
🔹 For grades 6-12, only proceed with this pre-enrollment form if you have received acceptance confirmation.

Great Start Readiness Preschool Program (GSRP)

Two Step Enrollment Process:

Step One: Complete the online enrollment and upload the documents listed below

Step Two: The Enrollment Coordinator will schedule an in-person intake with you in which you will bring hard copies of the documents below.

Note: All intake meetings are scheduled at the Jan Jacobs Central Administration Building (not the school) - 26141 Schoolcraft, Redford, MI 48239. Enter parking lot off Berwyn and enter into Door # 1.

GSRP Hard Copy Documents Required at the time of In-person Intake:

✔️ Student's Birth Certificate

✔️ Parent(s) License (If needed, we can make copies in the office)

✔️ Current Immunization Records. (Must have to enroll)

✔️ Health Appraisal

✔️ Pay Stub of the parent(s) enrolling the student (Must be within 30 days)

✔️ Preschool Developmental Document. You can fill this document out at the time of intake or it will be mailed to you prior to the meeting
