Welcome to the pre-enrollment process for South Redford! To enroll your student, please follow the steps below.

Required Documents

Before completing the pre-enrollment form, make sure you have the following documents ready to upload:

✔️ Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, mortgage)
✔️ Student’s Birth Certificate
✔️ Parent/Guardian Photo ID
✔️ Updated Immunization Records
✔️ Any relevant custody or guardianship documents (if applicable)

✔️ Behavior Report from previous school
✔️ Most recent Transcript (grades 9-12)

🔹 If your student is enrolling through School of Choice (K-5) or one of our 6-12 programs (ESP, EDGE, SOAR), please complete the appropriate application first.
🔹 Only proceed with this pre-enrollment form if you have received acceptance confirmation.
